A Chilean sea bass which is the most  sought-after fish in  the world. Done in the wood fire oven. Served with ravioli cicala di mare. A very tasty and extremely rare type of crustacean, particularly appreciated in Italy, is the cicala grande di mare, also known as magnosa / Lobster Ravioli in an exquisite cream sauce. Foie Gras, Truffle and malvasia  in the sauce.
