2016 Winter Graduation Dinner menu includes the following for $65/person:

Champagne Toast

Antipasta-Hors d’oevres

Pizza Napoletena con Eggplant Parmigiano– Our famous Naples 15 traditional wood oven fired Margherita Pizza, served w/ vegetarian eggplant parmesan

Caprese Salad– Fresh Buffalo Mozzarella, Basil leaves, cherry tomatoes and Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Primi Piatti-Entrée

Ziti al Re di Napoli w/ Polpette Meatballs-Ziti served with a slow cooked, three meat guardaporta. This Neapolitan recipe originated in the 1800’s named after the doormen who tended to sauce; is made with mozzarella, ricotta, basil,               Parmigiano Reggiano, truffle oil and topped with homemade Beef tenderloin meatballs.

Aragosta Ravioli– House made ravioli stuffed with cold water lobster, shallots, topped with a Parmigiano Reggiano rose champagne sauce with a zest of spice.


Ziti Sorrentina(Vegetarian)-Oven baked ziti pasta casserole w/ ricotta cheese and pomodori tomato sauce.

Cinque Formaggi Ravioli(Vegetarian)-Parmigiano Reggiano and ricotta cream sauce served over gorgonzola, caciocavallo and pecorino stuffed ravioli.


Tiramisu and Gelato– Chef Salvatore’s take on an Italian Classic; made with lady fingers, espresso, delicate ricotta and fresh whipped sweat cream topped with coffee grounds, cocoa and gelato.
